TO BUILD RAPPORT(An important communication skill)
Actually rapport is a close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned understand each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well.
What is rapport building:
personally i will must say that building rapport is not so difficult it is simply a process which basically involves 3 main points

1. Be yourself.
Don't try to be anything you're not, create a new persona. Relax, smile, and go in with a positive attitude. Good things will follow. As Oscar Wilde said, "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."
2.Be friendly:
Approach rapport building with the intent to be warm and friendly.

believe me if you will show interest towards the person to whom you are talking you can develop a very well communication.
