Concise means to give  a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive.Albert Einstein once said, “If you can’t explain something simply, you probably don’t understand it well.”. 

People who are indirect in the communication of their messages tend to hint at things, give mixed messages and avoid getting to the point. It’s as if they expect people to be mind readers. What they don’t realize is that their failure to communicate effectively is undermining their ability to build relationships and advance their lives personally and professionally.

IN last i'll only say that
Be clear.
Be concise.
Be confident.

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION
     When we talk about ‘communication’, we often mean ‘what we say’: the words that we use. However, interpersonal communication is much more than the explicit meaning of words, and the information or message that they convey. It also includes implicit messages, whether intentional or not, which are expressed through non-verbal behaviors.

These non-verbal signals can give clues and additional information and meaning over and above spoken (verbal) communication. Indeed, some estimates suggest that around 70 to 80% of communication is non-verbal communication. 

 Main factors of Non verbal Communication

1. Body language Body language refers to the nonverbal signals that we use to communicate. According to experts, these nonverbal signals make up a huge part of daily communication. From our facial expressions to our body movements, the things we don't say can still convey volumes of information.

It has been suggested that body language may account for between 50 percent to 70 percent of all communication. Understanding body language is important, but it is also essential to pay attention to other cues such as context. In many cases, you should look at signals as a group rather than focusing on a single action.It basically depends on facial expression and gestures.

*Facial Expressions:

Facial expressions are responsible for a huge proportion of nonverbal communication. Consider how much information can be conveyed with a smile or a frown. The look on a person's face is often the first thing we see, even before we hear what they have to say.While nonverbal communication and behavior can vary dramatically between cultures, the facial expressions for happiness, sadness, anger, and fear are similar throughout

*. Gestures:

Deliberate movements and signals are an important way to communicate meaning without words. Common gestures include waving, pointing, and using fingers to indicate numeric amounts. Other gestures are arbitrary and related to culture.

2.Eye Contact:

Eye contact is actually a main sign of confidence.Eye contact is a form of body language which is important during communication. ... When you keep eye contact with the person you are talking to it indicates that you are focused and paying attention. It means that you are actually listening to what the person has to say.Eye contact is thought to have a large influence on social behavior

In last but not the least
         as i'm always saying that good communication is the bridge between confusion and clearity so please try to improve your communication skills because a good relationship starts with good communication.

TO BUILD RAPPORT(An important communication skill)

Actually rapport is a close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned understand each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well.

What is rapport building:

personally i will must say that building rapport is not so difficult it is simply a process which basically involves 3 main points 

1. 1. Be yourself.

   

   Don't try to be anything you're not, create a new persona. Relax, smile, and go in with a positive attitude. Good things will follow. As Oscar Wilde said, "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."
   

   
   

   2.Be friendly:

   
   
   Approach rapport building with the intent to be warm and friendly.
   

   
   

   3.
   Show real interest:
   believe me if you will show interest towards the person to whom you are talking you can develop a very well communication.

   One of the most important factors to understand about communication is rapport.  The rapport you display in the office as well as at home is so important and plays a big role in the success of all relationships.
When we develop rapport with other individuals, three important things usually occur:
·      Individuals feel valued;

·      Individuals feel understood




·      Individuals feel free
they have options and don’t feel over-controlled.
Building rapport can be incredibly beneficial to your career – it opens doors and helps establish good relationships with clients, colleagues and TEAM.

what is empathy??????????

Empathy is the experience of understanding another person's thoughts, feelings, and condition from his or her point of view, rather than from one's own. Empathy definitions encompass a broad range of emotional states, including caring for other people and having a desire to help them; experiencing emotions that match another person's emotions; discerning what another person is thinking

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SYMPATHY AND EMPATHY

Sympathy means the feeling of sorrow or commiseration for the hardships, problems and pain caused to another person. It is often misconstrued with empathy which refers to an individual’s ability to understand what another person is going through, by perceiving himself in the same situation. 

WHY EMPATHY IS SO IMPORTANT FOR A BETTER COMMUNICATION

Empathy leads to helping behavior, which benefits social relationships. We are naturally social creatures. Things that aid in our relationships with other people benefits us as well. When people experience empathy, they are more likely to engage in prosocial behaviors that benefit other people. Things such as altruism and heroism are also connected to feeling empathy for others.

WHY SHOULD U PRACTICE EMPATHY IN YOUR DAILY LIFE

• 1)You will be more likely to treat the people you care about the way they wish you would treat them.
• 2)You will more clearly understand the perception you create in others with your words and actions.
• 3)You will understand the unspoken parts of your communication with otheR.4)You will better understand the needs of your customers at work.
• 5)You will have less trouble dealing with interpersonal conflict both at home and at work.
• 6)You will find it easier to deal with the negativity of others if you can better understand their motivations and fears. Lately when I find myself personally struggling with someone, I remind myself to empathize and I immediately calm myself and accept the situation for what it is.
• 7)You will better understand the needs of people around you.
  
  8)You will be a better leader, a better follower, and most important, a better friend

Actually communication plays an  important role in our life.An healthy and effective communication leads to a prosperous society whereas poor communication can ruin alot of great things. 

WHAT DOES COMMUNICATION ACTUALLY MEANS?

communication is a dynamic process.it is actually the exchange of thoughts,messages or information by speech,signals,writing or behaviour.
What does actually includes along with your words:
The ability to communicate effectively is an essential skill in today's world.as i have said before that communication is more than just your words,it also includes

2.why u say it.3.your body language.4.when u say it.

BARRIERS TO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.not paying attention to the person you are talking to.

.using technical language(when people use the language relevant only to their profession..avoiding the concerns of others.

IMPORTANT SKILLS FOR AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

• 1.Active listening.      
• 2.non-verbal communication.
• 3.asking question.
• 4.being clear and succinct.
• 5.being empathetic.
• 6.developing trust and rapport.
• 7.being present.
